Build a Robot!

Two of 4th class boys-best known as Evan and Evan built their very own robot (using a gear box motor) as their Science Project.

They investigated what made the robot move and to display the movement they built a large track to display this.

The movement was caused by torque which is a measure of the force that can cause an object to rotate about an axis.

They too ensured that the audience could interact by having spare parts to create additional robots. They built a large track to display the movement(caused by torque) of their robot.

To incorporate literacy into their project, the 4th class students wrote their own ROBOT acrostic poems and also created a wordsearch based on words associated with engineering, science and of course robots!
